Acceptance

By using any simpleSuite application (simpleBudget, simpleTracker, or future products), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.

The services

simpleSuite is a collection of personal productivity tools. We provide them "as is" and make no guarantees about uptime or data accuracy. While we work hard to keep things running smoothly, you should not rely on simpleSuite apps as your sole record-keeping system.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person per account — don't share your login. Use built-in sharing features to collaborate.

Payments & subscriptions

Free accounts have no payment obligation. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your Settings page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — reach out and we'll work with you.

Your data

You own your data. We don't claim any rights to the information you enter. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use simpleSuite apps to do anything illegal, abusive, or that interferes with other users. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notice.
