Acceptance
By using simpleBudget, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
simpleBudget is a personal budgeting tool. We provide it "as is" and make no guarantees about uptime or data accuracy. While we work hard to keep things running smoothly, you should not rely on simpleBudget as your sole financial record.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person per account — don't share your login. Use the sharing feature to collaborate on budgets.
Payments & subscriptions
Free accounts have no payment obligation. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your Settings page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — reach out and we'll work with you.
Your data
You own your data. We don't claim any rights to the budget information you enter. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use simpleBudget to do anything illegal, abusive, or that interferes with other users. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or an in-app notice.
