What we collect

When you create an account on any simpleSuite app, we store your email address, display name, and the data you enter (budgets, time entries, etc.). That's it.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide simpleSuite services to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate simpleSuite:

• Supabase — database and authentication (your data is stored in their infrastructure)
• Stripe — payment processing (we never see or store your full card number)
• Vercel — hosting

Data security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is restricted by row-level security policies. Authentication tokens are managed by Supabase Auth.

Data deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page in any simpleSuite app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie/token to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
